On Saturday, November 2nd Tommy was in a serious car accident from which he was rushed to TriPoint Medical Center and then airlifted to MetroHealth in Cleveland for emergency surgery. On top of other injuries, the most concerning was a severe spinal fracture that will keep Tommy in the hospital and rehabilitation for some time. When traumatic events happen, life does not slow down for those affected. To help cushion the blow during this time of serious transition and uncertainty, I’m starting this page to raise some financial support for Tommy’s medical journey as well as his family’s well-being while he is unable to work, remaining fully focused on rest and healing. Tommy and Nikki (along with their parents and Mekenna) have expressed that however overwhelming the situation has been, this is just the beginning of a long, unpredictable road ahead. With that being said, all of the kind words, thoughts, and prayers thus far have been greatly appreciated. As a close friend of Nikki, Tommy, and their families, I know I can confidently speak for all those who have reached out and those who have or will contribute that we will make sure that this time of transition is as peaceful as possible.
