Hello, my name is Suzanne Story Coleman and I help to run the All Things Happening in Santee Group page on Facebook. In the past 9 months, we have gotten to know and learn more about an exceptional Santee citizen by the name of Tommy Tulloch. Tommy works full time, and due to Covid, he is the only member of his household who has work. Tommy spends his spare time refurbishing kids' bikes, and then he gifts them to Santee families in need. Not just a bike here and there.....a LOT of bikes.
Today Tommy had a mishap and fell off a roof. He has fractured his pelvis, and it looks like no surgery is needed. That's good news. The bad news is, he fell off a freaking roof and will need a minimum of two weeks to recover.
Santee, we are appealing to you. It's not lost on us that times are tough, but one of our own needs us. We are looking to help Tommy and his family replace some lost income and help keep them afloat until he can work again.
Any and all donations are deeply appreciated and no amount is too small. If you can't give, we sure do understand, but everyone can share.
