Hello, my name is Tommy Barron. Due to an infection from complications of my Type2 Diabetes, my right foot required amputation, as did my left foot in a prior surgery some time ago.

I now have a long recovery ahead of me as a double amputee, recuperating at Hayward Gardens Acute Care, a skilled nursing facility on B Street.

I am being advised that my health insurance has run out, and the Medi-CAL only covers 80% of my upcoming bill/s.

My share is $1870/mo for my Room and Board here at Hayward Gardens. However that doesn't cover any Physical Therapy that I will require. Cost for PT is $300/hr, out of pocket.

So I'm trying to raise $3740 to help cover both of those expenses.
