Tommy Lanza's Family

Tommy Lanza was the kind of person who went out of his way to make you smile a little wider, laugh a little harder, and feel a little happier. Tommy's mere presence altered the atmosphere in the room; as his contagiously joyful personality had the ever-present ability to brighten the days of all those lucky enough to cross his path. Tommy's generosity and thoughtfulness were unmatched, as he was most content when giving his time, love, and energy to those around him. From spending quality time with his wife and children, to meeting each one of his students individual needs at Hungerford, to helping people with disabilities cultivate career related skills at Staten Island University Hospital through "Project Search", to making time for all of his friends- Tommy was the kind of person who inspired all of us to be better versions of ourselves. 

Loosing Tommy is a devastating tragedy, one that we all feel deeply- especially his wife, Nicole, and children, Thomas and Anita. Tommy's family has been getting through this unimaginably hard time because of the love, support, condolences, and wishes from all who knew him. 

Many people have asked how they can help the Lanza family through this loss, which is why family friends have decided to start this fundraiser. Any amount can help alleviate the burden that this family will face due to the sudden loss of their beloved Tommy. Thank you for your support, and for thinking of the Lanza family.
