Tom Kelly (TK) - Post Stroke Rehab

Tom Kelly suffered a massive left ischemic middle lobe stroke in March. It was touch and go for weeks in ICU as there were many other underlying issues that Tommy faced. Tommy has come a long way since March and is working towards regaining mobility in his right side along with his speech and is currently in a Traumatic Brain Injury Rehab Center.

My cousin Annie has been by Tommy’s side every day since March along with his sister Beth, three children Jackie, Nicole and Ryan to ensure that he gets the best care and most positive outcome that Tommy could get.

Tommy will be coming home in the next 2 months and will require significant modifications to his life and home to ensure that he has the best experience in his new world post stroke.

For those who know Tommy he is a force, an incredible husband, dad and friend. Tommy absolutely loved to play golf, meticulous with his home, a selfless person who always gave his all to his family and friends. His circumstances have left a void in so many lives, including his own. We created this page to help support Tommy and his family to make modifications to their home and longer-term care to accommodate life post stroke.
