My name is Tommy and I have been selected to go to the World Scout Jamboree in Poland in 2027. Poland's rich culture and history are just a few of the reasons why the jamboree will be amazing. I've been involved in scouting for over 10 years ever since I joined Putnoe Scouts as a Beaver. I am now an Explorer and Young Leader for Squirrels. This opportunity is a once in a lifetime experience that I am very lucky to be a part of and I can't wait to meet all the new people from across the world, try traditional Polish cuisines and enjoy the beauty of the Polish landscape and take part if lots of scouting activities. There are over 40,000 scouts going to the World Scout Jamboree and individually we each need to raise £3,500. I plan to fundraise by hosting events such as quizzes and board game afternoons, doing bake sales, and babysitting among other things. Every penny or pound is greatly appreciated towards this unforgettable adventure, thank you for all your donations and support.
