Tommo and family need our help!!!!!

My name is Chuck Retty and I never imagined that I would be making a gofund me page, but here I am. My friend of many years, one of the nicest men I know, Tommo Haubert, and his wife Marianne Hinrichs-Haubert, as well as their children Annmarie Haubert and Erika Haubert, and grandchildren who are aged 2 years old (twins) and the baby is 10 months, had a tragedy occur today. His house caught fire on the second floor, and was completely burned out . The fire is out, but as you know, water needs to go somewhere and it has completely destroyed the rest of the house. 8 people have no home tonight and they need our help. Could you please, find in your heart whatever you can give, to help them pick up and start again. If you dont know him, I can tell you that you would love this guy, and his family. If you do know them, you know that to be fact. Please do whatever you can and help! Tommo has had a rough run of life in the past few years suffering through 10 back surgeries (Im not exaggerating in that number) and hasnt had much luck in finding relief. No one deserves what has happened to him and now this has made the worst thing anyone could imagine in living in constant pain so much worse. I dont ask for much, but in this case, Im asking for the world. Please do what you can.

2. Where you're from- I am from Bayside NY
3. Your relationship to the parties you're raising funds for- Tommo Haubert is a friend whom I consider a brother
4. How the funds will be spent (be specific as possible)- These funds, that are being raised are to help the Haubert family find housing and begin rebuilding their lives after a devastating fire that has destroyed their house.  
5. How you intend to get the funds to those in need- I do not have access to the funds that are being raised. The code that is required to obtain funds that have been raised is in the possession of Tommo and his wife Marianne. I say this again, I personally cannot touch any of that money. Only Tommo or his wife has the access to do so.
