We are friends of Tom Madden, of Cromwell, Democratic politics, and WLIS1420/WMRD1150. Tom went in for surgery in March and expected a week of recovery, but, unfortunately, he's still recovering, and will be for a while. Tom needs help to cover his living expenses, especially the mortgage, and some of his medical bills, until he can get back on his feet. Tom's always been there for us, and I hope we can be there for him. Not sure what the total need is, but anything will be appreciated! Of course, we're hoping folks can donate here, but, we will be having a fundraiser at Chicago Sam's in Cromwell on Sunday, June 12 from 1-5 pm.  The folks there will be donating a generous portion of the proceeds of all sales during that period to the cause, and we'll be taking donations at the door.
