On Sunday October 11, 2020 Jacob Tomlin and his 3 year old son were involved in a serious head-on collision in Beaver Utah. Jacob is active Air Force and the military family, Jacob, Erin & Lawson, were in the process of relocating from Malmstrom Air Force base to Edwards Air Force base in California. Jacob was seriously injured in the head-on collision and their vehicle totaled. He was airlifted to St George for extensive surgery to repair a fractured femur. He still needs 2 additional surgeries and will require at least 3-4 weeks nursing and rehab upon release. They will need assistance to support this unexpected extended stay Utah where they have no family as well as support while Jacob heals from his injuries.
