Tomaz Shessia's Memorial Expenses

Hello friends and family of Tomaz,

My name is Emilie, and I was one of Tomaz's best friends. I created this go fund me to alleviate some of the expenses necessary to have a memorial for him, as well as purchasing a park bench on the river walk in his memory.

We lost Tomaz to our father on Wednesday morning, March 23, 2022 after he was fatally shot, and taken from us far too soon. As I type this, I still cannot believe it is real, as he was honestly one of the most kind-hearted people I've ever met. He was sure to live his life to the fullest; all 20 years he walked this earth, always having a big smile on his face. He was SO loved by so many, and I pray that you can show any support you can at this difficult time. I cherish every second I was blessed to spend with him, but I never thought our time together would have to come to an end so abruptly.

Tomaz will forever be in our hearts as we mourn through this difficult time, cheering us on to keep our heads held high and to keep moving forward. He would always say, "You got this, I just know you do!" to any and everyone who was struggling, and he honestly meant every word. His soul was so pure to all that were in his circle, one that was much bigger than he would ever live to see. May he live on through his memories and the many stories that you all have reached out to share with me.
