Tomas Neylon Junior Golf World Championships
Donation protected
Thank you for coming to hear my story!
My name is Tomas Neylon, and I am 6-years-old. I live in Geelong, Australia. I am an Aces Junior player and member at the Barwon Heads Golf Club. My coach is golf pro Brad Lamb at Barwon Valley Golf Club.
I love golf! It’s fun and I am good.
I have an older sister and a younger brother, but I am the tallest. My mum says I am the height of a 12-year-old, and my coaches have told me that my swing demonstrates excellent flexibility. However, my best attribute in golf is likely my perseverance. I don't give up, and I work hard!
I have been playing golf for several years now. My long-term goal is to become a professional golfer and give back to those less fortunate. With tons of practice, I am now good enough to have qualified for the Boys 6 and under Junior World Championships held in San Diego, USA. The IMG Academy Junior World Golf Championships is the largest international event in the world and brings together the top junior players. The competition is decided by three rounds of golf and one day of practice held between the 8th and 11th of July.
I need the support of my generous community, extended family, friends, and those who want to support the dreams of a 6-year-old. Please help me make this adventure a reality by donating.
Any funds raised will go towards my flights, accommodation, and other travel related expenses (e.g., rental car).
I would be so grateful for your donation.
Warm regards,
Tomas
