Tomas Polintan Memorial Fund

Full of life and loved by everyone who met him, our dad Tomas Polintan, suddenly passed away on New Years Eve 2020.  He fell ill after Thanksgiving, prompting us to send him to the hospital where he was diagnosed with leukemia.  After Christmas, the doctor informed us he only had a few weeks to live. We decided to take him home to be with us in his final moments.  We did not anticipate that the time we had left with him would only be one day, and he passed away before the start of the new year.


All money raised will go towards his funeral expenses and medical bills.  No donation is too small.  We are grateful for your love and support during this difficult time.
