His health problems from last year at the toughest paragliding and endurance competition in the world were solved, the romanian sportsman, the legendary Toma Coconea, the only athlete who took part in all the Red Bull X-Alps editions, could not stay too long time away without a new challenge.

He announced his participation in X-Pyr 2024, a race that will start in less than two weeks, more precisely on June 23, alongside Marcus Clenci, his supporter from X-alps, a romanian friend settled in Austria.

This year he is ready to cross the Pyrenees again, from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean, 10 years ago he finished this race on the podium.

Towards the end of his career, he is determined to make a good run with the other 47 international teams.

Problemele sale de sănătate de anul trecut la cea mai grea competiție de parapantă si anduranță din lume au fost rezolvate, sportivul român, legendarul Toma Coconea, singurul atlet care a luat parte la toate edițiile Red Bull X-Alps nu a putut să stea prea mult timp departe fără o nouă provocare.

El și-a anunțat participarea la X-Pyr 2024, cursă care va începe in mai puțin de două săptămâni, mai precis pe 23 iunie alături Marcus Clenci, susținătorul său de la X-alps, prieten român llstabilit in Austria.

Anul acesta este pregătit sa treacă pirineii din nou in lung si lat, de la atlantic la mediteraneană, acum 10 ani el terminând această cursă pe podium.

Spre finalul carierei este hotărât sa faca o cursa frumoasă alături de celălalte 47 de echipe internaționale.

Bugetul nefiind complet, el apelează la fani si prieteni. Haideți să susținem acest vis împreună din nou.

Seine gesundheitlichen Probleme vom letzten Jahr beim härtesten Gleitschirm- und Ausdauerwettbewerb der Welt sind gelöst, der rumänische Sportler, der legendäre Toma Coconea, der als einziger Athlet an allen Red Bull X-Alps-Ausgaben teilnahm, konnte nicht lange wegbleiben ohne eine neue Herausforderung.

Er kündigte seine Teilnahme am X-Pyr 2024 an, einem Rennen, das in weniger als zwei Wochen, genauer gesagt am 23. Juni beginnen wird, zusammen mit Marcus Clenci, seinem Unterstützer von X-alps, einem in Österreich ansässigen rumänischen Freund.

Dieses Jahr ist er bereit, erneut die Pyrenäen zu überqueren, vom Atlantik bis zum Mittelmeer, vor 10 Jahren beendete er dieses Rennen auf dem Podium.

Gegen Ende seiner Karriere ist er fest entschlossen eine gute Leistung zu erbringen zusammen mit den anderen 47 internationalen Teams.
