Tom's campaign for Dementia UK

As many of you know, my Grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s a few years ago, and my Grandad was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia earlier this year. It’s heartbreaking watching them decline day by day, knowing there is nothing I can do to help them get better. However, I have decided that there is one way I can help by raising money for the charity that can try find ways to help people who are suffering with this horrendous disease. Me and my friends have decided to complete a charity walk from Huddersfield Town Stadium to Barnsley Football Stadium on the 11th January 2020, therefore any donations towards this amazing charity would be very grateful.
