Tom's Burial

Dear loved ones,
Tom and I have been consumed by our battle against his stage 4 cancer for over 8 months now. We have fought so very hard; at times celebrating near victory, then mourning lost ground, then celebrating, then mourning... There's been at least 5 times now when it looked like he was near the end. Each time we redoubled our efforts and managed to bring new life back into him. Now, he is starting to teeter once again, only this time, he seems to be weary from the battle. As much as I dread it, I believe it's time to begin preparing.
As members of the Baha'i Faith, we are to do our best to be buried rather than cremated. It has to do with honoring the temple which housed the spirit. I'm afraid, there is no way I can afford this.
Neither Tom, nor I, have ever been the type to go around with our hands out no matter how tough things get; however, if there was ever a time to swallow one's pride, I guess this is it.
If you should find it in your heart to give Tom one last gift, the gift of a burial, it would be greatly appreciated. If you cannot, we're always grateful for your prayers.
