Hi, my name is Dave Zynn and on behalf of our entire family we are seeking assistance for my brother Tom and his family of four.

 

Over the holidays, Tom learned that he has Pancreatic Cancer with Mets to the Liver and as a result will be undergoing extensive medical treatments, frequent trips into Philadelphia, employment delays and many other hardships during this trying time.

 

As you know, Tom is a tremendous family person who also is a kind soul who always has a kind word, funny story or will lend a hand to brighten your day. If you know Tom, you know exactly what I mean!! We would all like to support Tom and his family during this battle.
