Hello,

In July we lost a great man. Many of us are still grieving, and I hope that this helps with that process. With the approval of the city of Bellingham Parks Department, we have been granted a permit to put a bench in the part where Tom spent his last day with friends and family.

The city set the cost of the bench at $1200, and I've set this fundraiser at $1300 to cover any fees or other unexpected costs.

If we raise more than the goal, with the permission of his wife, we will be splitting the additional funds between the Shire of Thornwold (to be used to create loaner shields) and the Barony of Aquaterra.

I will keep people updated with our progress.
