Tom the Can Man - an 83 year old Veteran - was reported to the city for code violations. So now,- his friends and neighbors are pitching in to clean up his yard and get a new roof on his home. Please join me in helping Tom, a Safety Harbor hero. You have seen him on the streets re-cycling aluminum cans.
