Tom Tep

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Tom Tep, beloved fiancé to Juliene De la Cruz and devoted father to JT. After a courageous three-year battle with kidney failure and type 1 diabetes which resulted in a right below knee amputation. Tom passed away unexpectedly with Juliene by his side.

Tom was a loving, caring, and selfless man whose warm presence touched the lives of many. He was not only a strong and supportive partner to Juliene, but also a deeply devoted father who cherished every moment with JT. His strength and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him, and his absence will be profoundly felt.

As Juliene and JT navigate this incredibly difficult time, we are reaching out to ask for your help. The emotional and financial toll of Tom’s long battle with illness has placed a significant burden on the family.
