Tom has been struggling for almost a year with a rare condition that has taken away his lung capacity. Unfortunately, there is no way to heal his lung so he will require a transplant. Last week Tom had to be hospitalized to maintain safe oxygen levels. Soon Tom will have to go onto advanced life support which will take blood from his body, oxygenate it, and return it to his body. He will remain on these machines until he receives a new lung.

I am hopeful that we can raise some money to help Tom and Evelyn with any medical costs that will not be covered by insurance.
