Tom Kivowitz's Final Expenses

Thomas Worden Kivowitz, was born on December 21. 1976, and passed away this week. We lost him this week to a disease he tried to fight for a very long time. He leaves behind a family who will always miss who we knew he used to be and who he should have been. We always hoped he would find his way back home, and rid himself of the demons which plagued him, but he just didn't. He will be missed by his sisters Mandy and Elizabeth, his mother Sally, his ex wife Mariana and his two sons. We hope he is at peace now and in the arms of a loving G-d who can heal the parts of him that we never could.

It is really really hard to ask for help, but we just don't have the means to bring him home from Chicago. We would like to have him cremated and shipped to us for a memorial in the spring. We hope to have him interred somewhere nice so we can visit him and remember him.
