Tom Félix, a 33-years-old French citizen, despite claiming his innocence has been detained in Malaysia since August 9th 2023 in inhumane conditions. A young French entrepreneur, he awaits his trial, fearing a potential death sentence.

This young man, described by his relatives as honest and invested in his projects, is now the victim of a serious injustice.

His family and loved ones are already mobilizing, and it is urgent to give more scope to this mobilization so that France acts through diplomatic channels to guarantee a fair trial and denounce these unacceptable conditions of detention. As recalled by the association "Ensemble Contre la Peine de Mort (ECPM), the death penalty must be reserved only for the most serious crimes, excluding drug-related offences".
