Hi! I am placing this request for my brother,  Tom Cayemberg. Tom is a wonderful man, he has a heart of gold and is always helping others. He has been very active in the Red Cross, Jaycees, Lions, and his church. We love him very much.

Tom has had medical problems since he was born. When he was 24 he went into kidney failure. He is now on dialysis for the third time after his second transplant failed.  We are praying for another kidney. 

Tom has many thousands of dollars in medical expenses which severely limit his ability to pay for things like food. Last year he spent almost a month in the hospital and now he is having many problems with his vehicle. It could stop working at any time. He needs his vehicle to get to dialysis. Public transportation is not an option because after being on prednisone for many years he can only walk a few feet. 

Despite his debt we are seeking just enough money to repair his car. My husband and I help Tom as much as we can but his expenses are overwhelming. We are humbly asking for you to consider a donation. Helping Tom get the car repairs will literally keep him alive.
