Support Tom Casad's battle against cancer.

Hi, my name is Art Anderson and I am asking people to support a young man, Tom Casad, who has been diagnosed with cancer. Because of the treatments, Tom has not been able to work, yet the bills and rent continue. Tom and his wife have applied for Federal assistance programs, as well as SSDI, but the process takes time to go into effect, yet the bills and rent continue. It is important to understand that the funds are not needed for food, they have received food stamps; nor do they need assistance paying medical bills, the state of Washington's Medicare expansion has paid for the radiation treatment and chemo-therapy. The funds are needed to pay rent, water service, sewer, gas to get to treatment, and incidental supplies to support Tom's recovery. Hopefully whatever is raised here will support them until the Federal and Washington State programs begin. Those in need deserve not only our prayers, but a means for them to face life with a positive view of what is ahead despite what they face now.
