On the 3rd March I am running the Middlesbrough Half Marathon in support of my brother in law, Tom Zuk.

On 8th December last year, an incident resulted in him in intensive care at James Cook Hospital after suffering a severe brain injury.

Tom has been in hospital for 8 weeks. He managed to get out of intensive care once only to find himself back there last week with sepsis and pneumonia.

Tom is a fighter and once he gets back out of intensive care he will need months of rehabilitation to hopefully get him back on his feet.
