Tom Bells Open Heart Surgery

Hi, I'm Tom. I'd like to think I am a decent guy. i work hard, I mentor folks in my profession (copywriting), and I ALWAYS lift the toilet seat before peeing.
Problem is, The docs tell me I need a triple or quaduple bypass surgery ASAP and I beleive them. (meak ALL the time, cant keep my eyes open and sleeping 12 hours or more per day.
Worst part, my brain is slipping a bit and I use that organ to make my living
Well, THAT one and my heart, come to think of it.
I am an American living in the Philippines.
I am told that, with no insurance, the operation would cost over $125,000USD so I will likely get it done at a well reviewed place in Thailand.
The costs, altogether? About $20,000
I'd rather eat dirt than beg, but this is kinda a life and death matter, and I am SO not ready to be dead! My 14 year old daughter Karina would KILL me if that happened!
