Tom Bausola's Care Fund

A dear friend of mine, Tom Bausola, has been battling ALS for many years now.  He has given it a great fight and he continues to do so.  At this point he is requiring extra care which has put a financial burden on his family.  His sister Sarah has moved him into her home and with the help of in-care nurses has been caring for Tom for over a year now.  He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance this past week with pneumonia.  He is home now but needs 24 hour care.  Sarah has taken an unpaid leave from work to care for him. 

The family is asking for donations to help pay for his medical expenses, transportation and care.  He has had a few surgeries already and there are more upcoming.  We all want to keep Tom happy and comfortable as long as we can.  Not having to worry about the expenses will allow his family to concentrate on Tom and not the worry of expenses.
