Hi, my name is Anna. My cousin Tom and his son Zach were in a horrendous car accident on Tuesday, November 9, 2021. Zach sustained injuries to his extremities and he is currently in a wheelchair. His injuries are not life threatening but he may need surgery and he will likely need physical therapy. He is currently at home and unable to work pending treatment for his injuries.

 

Tom’s injuries are very serious. Tom is in a coma in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit and has been ever since the accident. He has a serious brain injury and multiple injuries to his extremities. He has had multiple surgeries and is facing a long road to recovery once he comes out of the coma. He will remain in the hospital at least another month. Thereafter, he will need extensive assistance and likely long term care.

 

This fund is intended to cover rent, medical and necessary living expenses for both Tom and Zach for at least the next several months.
