Toki Needs Life-Saving Surgery

Toki is a year old and three months- and is probably one of the sweetest cats on the planet- he actively seeks out belly rubs, loves to talk, and enjoys bringing people he likes his favorite fish toy. He was a rescue, adopted to be a companion to my other cat Beli, with whom hes now bonded with. On Monday morning last week, I came home to find Toki hiding, with evidence of bleeding throughout the house. The poor boy wouldn't eat, and kept letting out the most pitiful meows. I immediately rushed him to an emergency vet. The initial analysis was that of urinary blockage. Unfortunately, now a week and $ 3,800 later, his bladder has refilled, ruptured, and he may possibly also have an injured urethra.

 

The vet he is currently seeing has been doing everything he can- but at this point, Toki needs a specialist... FAST. I am also extremely open to releasing him to anyone willing to take on his medical needs. I just want him to live. He is such a sweet boy. Beli wanders the house looking for him and seems so dejected since Toki has been in the hospital. 

In the worst case scenario where he doesn't make it- these funds will be used to cover loans taken for the surgery he first went through and cremation costs. If you would prefer to be refunded, I totally understand- leave a note with your donation or reach out to let me know.
