Latojanae's Tuition and Expenses

Hey yall, 

My name is Latojanae and I attend the University of California, Santa Cruz. I’m currently a sophomore double majoring in Legal Studies and Critical Race and Ethnic Studies. After graduating from UC Santa Cruz, I plan on persuing a higher education in law school to eventually become a lawyer. My ultimate goal is to be in a position to fight against injustices and support those who have appeared to be forgotten by society.

I'm a first generation college student coming from a neighborhood surrounded by poverty, constantly having to see the people around me struggle to make ends meet. Unfortunately, none of my family members have the funds to help me pay for college and the truth of the matter is that I’m not able to pay tuition and fees on my own.

I'm already drowning in debt, I've been applying for scholarships all year long and decided to make this GoFundMe as a last resort. Anything will help, including posting the link to my page on your social media outlets.
