Dear Supporter,
We are Laszlo and Istvan Peocz and part of our family is Ukrainian, so we know the pain that the war has brought to the Ukrainian people. Together we own the Hungarian company, "Penograin Kft". We have been selling agricultural machinery in Ukraine for more than 20 years through our daughter Ukrainian company, "Astra Ltd" (www.astra-group.ua).
The current war in Ukraine and the humanitarian crisis have not only affected our over 300 employees living in Ukraine but all of its inhabitants. To do everything we can to help those in need in Ukraine, we have started a Gofundme.
Our goal is to collect funds that will be directly used to purchase and deliver durable food, clothing, medicine, and hygienic products to those in need in Ukraine. Please follow our stories on Instagram (@abaastra). We will use all donations as transparently as possible.
Our 2,000 m2 logistics center near Budapest is ready to receive, repack and send material donations. Our decades-long transporting experience allows for a trouble-free delivery.
With approximately 300 people and more than 10 rural offices, our Ukrainian company will successfully deliver donations to those in need.
To start the funding process, Penograin Kft. has donated 50,000 Euros to the cause.
