Yesterday morning, the amazing Roosevelt was found to be having a seizure. His mumz, Stephanie rushed him to Portland Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Care Hospital.

After many tests, there is a strong concern he has insulinoma. This is a condition of dangerous low blood sugars. If not treated, the prognosis is poor.

Stephanie is working hard with his team of doctors and nurses to determine the best course of action. We will keep you updated with the plan of care as we get more information.

Many of you have reached out asking what you can do to help. We are so grateful for the support. Together we can make a difference for Roosie. Together we can help this amazing creature get the best care he needs.

Let’s get Roosevelt back to good health so he can enjoy kayaking, skiing, belly scratches and let us not forget his love of S. T. E.A.K
