Together, we can give Yvette the gift of more time

I'm writing this story about my friend Yvette Morgan because this beautiful and brave Bowen-based mum is running out of time with her family - and we are in a position to help her.
Seven years after her initial diagnosis when she was pregnant with her beautiful little girl Safyre, and two years after she was finally given an 'all clear', cancer has returned with aggressive stage 4 tumors discovered on Friday 17th January in her spine, sternum, left ribs, lungs and lymph nodes in her chest. Within 24 hours Yvette had been transported by the RFD to Gold Coast University Hospital.

2018 - little Safyre was born while Yvette was going through chemotherapy after her first diagnosis at 6 months pregnant.
By giving as an extended community of colleagues, friends, family and community members, we can help Yvette and her husband Luke get quick access to additional cancer treatment options.
We already know there's not many options left for Yvette under traditional protocols in Australia, but the world-renowned Hope4Cancer clinic in Mexico uses treatments and a protocol proven to give even Stage 4 cancer patients more time. In many cases - patients live for years beyond what doctors believe is possible. Every dollar you give will go towards getting Yvette and Luke to that clinic for at least 3-4 weeks of intensive treatment.
Whether you have known Yvette for a short time, a long time, or you're just now learning her story - know that her husband Luke, and children Tully, Llewyn, Safyre need her to stay with them.

Thank you, thank you for your loving words, prayers and gestures of support. And thank you for also being willing to give in a practical way. Everything we can give counts towards more time for Yvette.
