TOGETHER LETS HELP THE CHILDREN AFFECTED BY THE EARTHQUAKE IN VENEZUELA
The earthquake has ended. The children’s recovery has not.
When the earthquake struck Venezuela, homes collapsed, schools were destroyed, families were separated, and lives were lost.
Goleadoras Foundation and Fútbol con Corazón want to help restore hope and support the emotional recovery of children affected by the earthquake in Venezuela. An earthquake may last only seconds, but a child’s trauma does not have to last a lifetime.
Together, our organizations bring decades of experience using football as a catalyst for education, well-being, leadership, and social transformation across the region.
Working alongside local communities, we will deploy multidisciplinary teams of psychologists, psychosocial specialists, educators, coaches, and community leaders. These teams will create structured, trauma-informed environments where children can process what they have experienced, rebuild their resilience, reconnect with others, and regain hope.
This program will strengthen families, create jobs by training local facilitators, empower community leaders, and establish knowledge and support systems that will continue serving children long after the emergency response has ended.
That is how recovery becomes sustainable.
We are raising $250,000 to launch the first phase of a psychosocial recovery program in the communities hardest hit by the earthquake.

• Food, water, and nutritious meals
• Transparency and impact reporting
