We’re reaching out today to ask for your support for our dear friend, Debbie.

As some of you may already know, Debbie was recently diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. Up until now, she’s been doing well and staying in good spirits, but after recent testing, she will soon begin a series of treatments, including chemotherapy and hospital stays. Unfortunately, this will also mean she won’t be able to work for some time.

Many of us know Debbie through Guardian Angel Pet Rescue, where she has been a huge part of the rescue community. For years, she has poured her heart into saving countless dogs, often working on her own to help animals in need throughout the Memphis area.

While there are still many unknowns ahead, we are staying positive and rallying around Debbie as she navigates this difficult and uncertain time. We’re asking for your help, your grace, and your love—just as she has so generously given to the pet community for so many years.

We have set up a GoFundMe to help support her during treatment and travel to specialists. There is truly no donation too big or too small—every single contribution will help Debbie focus on her health and live as comfortably as possible during this time.
