Last week we received alarming news, and now our family is reaching out for help. This past week has been really hard and scary because my oldest brother, Taber, was rushed to the hospital and, within just 6 days, had to undergo three emergency stomach surgeries. Each one was critical to save his life. The nurses and doctors said he is lucky to have survived. While we are beyond grateful Taber made it through the surgeries, the road to recovery is long and the financial burden is overwhelming.

The surgeries, hospital stays, and ongoing treatments are piling up into bills that no one could have prepared for. My brother is fighting every day to heal, and will be out of work for a long time since he needs to recover.

Anyone who knows Taber knows he is a fun-loving, kind, and selfless person. And now he needs the help of other loving, kind, and selfless people.
