We’re reaching out today to support our dear friend, Naylin, whose family is facing a devastating medical crisis.

Naylin’s mother has recently been diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma — a rare and extremely aggressive form of cancer. Doctors have confirmed it is high-grade and rapidly progressing, and urgent medical intervention is needed. She is scheduled to undergo major surgery in the coming weeks.

Naylin’s family lives in Venezuela, where access to advanced cancer treatment is extremely limited. Her mother’s care must be paid for out of pocket, placing a tremendous emotional and financial strain on the family.

In the midst of this crisis, Naylin is traveling to Mexico in hopes of securing a passport through the Venezuelan consulate so she can return home to be with her mother. The financial burden of travel, lodging, and supporting her family’s urgent medical needs is overwhelming.
