Hi my name is Justeny, I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart. Two weeks ago, our lives changed in an instant. My mother Natasha was unexpectedly diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and heartbreakingly, it has already spread to her lungs and liver.

This news has shaken our entire world. My mom is the strongest, most loving and healthiest person I know. We never imagined that we would ever have to face something like this. She is currently in the hospital here in Vienna and we are doing everything we possibly can to support her and to give her access to every treatment that may help.

But this journey is not only emotionally overwhelming, it is also financially extremely challenging.

It is incredibly important to us to look at every possible option that could help her, but many of the treatments and supportive therapies are not covered by insurance. Hospital stays, medications, specialized care and so many unexpected costs are becoming more than we can manage on our own.

This is why I am asking for help.
