I’ll never forget being 13 years old and learning that my great-grandfather had just taken his own life in the assisted living home he had just moved into. It was the first time that mental health and suicide hit close to home like for me.
My name is Conner Smith, and I believe no one should have to struggle with mental health alone. I have seen too many men and women battle their challenges in isolation, and I want them to know that there are so many people who care and have walked this road before them and have come out on the other side.
Together, we can turn hope into action.
This campaign supports the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) in their mission to save lives and create a culture that understands mental health. By raising funds, we can support suicide prevention, mental health education, life-saving research, and advocacy for stronger policies. Every dollar we raise helps spread awareness, reduce stigma, and contributes to efforts that save lives and create lasting change.
Let’s come together to support survivors and foster a community where everyone feels valued. I am grateful for your support in this important cause.
