Our beautiful friend Melissa rose into the light early Wednesday the 17th. She faced her health challenges quietly and with courage, and her greatest source of strength was always her family.
Melissa leaves behind her loving husband, Justin, and their three beloved children. Their hearts are broken, and the road ahead will be difficult. We want to surround them with love and support so they can focus on healing and on holding one another close.
Donations will support Melissa’s family as they grieve and plan for the future, helping provide stability. Any gift, no matter the size, is a way of showing this family that they are not alone, that they are carried by the care and compassion of their community.

A gathering will be held on Sunday, September 28, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., with a service at 4:00 p.m.
Location: First Christian Church, 455 W. Southmor Road in Morris.
This is a time for friends and family to come and offer their love and support. Guests are welcome to stop by at any point during the afternoon to be with the family, share memories, and simply be together before the service.
