I am Sara LeTourneau and this is my amazing best friend, Melanie VanHeel. Melanie got sick and it turned very serious on Sunday, and she had to go to the ER because she couldn't breathe.

Due to the severity of her condition, they had to induce a sleep coma and put her on a breathing tube Monday morning. Her numbers are getting better day by day, but with the extensive stay for the time being, her wonderful husband Bryan Chidester and two boys Jackson and Jude could use some help with day-to-day expenses with the time being taken off work, for gas, groceries, and necessities with physical therapy when that time comes.

Just wanting to help out as much as we can for this wonderful family. I have known her for 25+ years. She is an amazing wife, mother, friend, and daughter. She is one of the sweetest human beings on this earth. If you know Melanie, you already know this. Thank you for your time, and send all your prayers for a speedy recovery
