Lynda Jensen, Golf Operations Manager at Toscana Country Club, her son Tanner, also a beloved member of the golf staff, and their entire family need our help. Seeing Lynda at the club yesterday reminded me that the creation of this account is long overdue...

Several months ago, Lynda's husband, Kelly, was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. After meeting with different doctors and seeking multiple "second opinions," Lynda and Kelly decided on a plan of action involving aggressive treatment for an aggressive cancer. Initially, the prognosis was not promising, but the family has never wavered in their faith, their persistence, and their commitment to helping Kelly recover and making him comfortable.

For the purpose of this GoFundMe account, the issue is less the personal details of Kelly's battle, and more the need for us to help make life more bearable. The start of the season is only weeks away, and it is unclear how much Lynda will be available to participate in Toscana activities, knowing her need and desire to be with Kelly. That's where we can and need to help.

If possible, please consider making a donation to this account; no amount is too small. All proceeds will be made immediately available to Lynda, to be used at her discretion, be it for medical bills, household expenses, or even the small pleasure of a dinner out, providing a break from the daily responsibilities each member of the family has accepted and endured.
