Together for Kayla, a mom's fight against cancer

Hi Everyone, my name is Sara and I am helping to raise funds to cover monthly household bills for Kayla Luther who has recently been diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. Kayla is a single mom and has 3 beautiful children, and she is the sole source of income for her family. Kayla is going to have to take a lot of unpaid leave for her chemo treatments and double mastectomy surgery, and is going to need our help during this journey of recovery and healing. Kayla asks that you please keep this news among adults, as she has not used the "C" word with her kids yet and does not want to cause them any unnecessary worry.

I have known Kayla for almost 8 years, and our daughters are best friends. Kayla is the most kind and giving person I have ever met and has the most positive outlook on life. She is the glue that holds our village together. She has brought so many of us together as friends over the years, some of whom would have never met if it weren't for our social butterfly in Kayla. I am so blessed to continue to grow our circle of friends thanks to her.

As most of you know, Kayla has not had an easy road over the past year, and this is just another bump in the road. We will fight together, pray together, laugh together, and we WILL beat this together!
