Title: Rebuild Jamaica Together: Help Families Recover from the Hurricane
Hi everyone, my name is Nickey Morris, and I’m a student at the University of Windsor. I was born in Jamaica and migrated to Canada at a young age. While I’m proud to be a Canadian citizen, Jamaica will always be home and close to my heart.
Recently, my home country was devastated by a Category 5 hurricane, leaving hundreds of families displaced and entire communities destroyed. Many have lost everything — their homes, belongings, and sense of safety.
I’ve started this fundraiser to help provide emergency relief and long-term rebuilding support for those affected. Your generous donations will go toward:
Temporary shelter and rebuilding materials
Food, clean drinking water, and non-perishable items
Baby essentials and school supplies for children
❤️ First-aid supplies and basic hygiene items
Supporting trusted local organizations providing direct on-the-ground relief
Every contribution — no matter the size — brings hope to families struggling to rebuild their lives. All funds raised will be used to purchase and deliver relief supplies such as rice, flour, drinking water, canned food, first-aid kits, school materials, and baby necessities for those most in need.
Together, we can help Jamaica rise again — stronger, safer, and more united than ever.
Please donate, share, and spread the word to make a real difference.
Your kindness and support mean more than words can express.
My email is [email redacted] please feel free to email me if you have any questions.
One Love, Nickey
