Together for Hannah: Love & Support for Her Boys and Family

It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that I’m reaching out to those who loved and cared about Hannah for support. My cousin, Hannah, was suddenly taken from us far too soon on January 4th, 2025. She leaves behind her two beautiful boys, Jayden (13) and Tristan (6), who meant the world to her. Hannah was a loving mother, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend, and her passing has left a void that words can’t fully express.

She is survived by her mother, Lisa; her stepfather, Louis; her father, Charlie; her younger brother, Noah; her two boys, Jayden and Tristan; and her fiance, Wesley.

We’re coming together to raise funds for her memorial and to help provide for the needs of her children in the days and months ahead. In addition to honoring Hannah’s memory, the funds will also support Brittany, Jay and Lisa as they continue to help raise Jayden and Tristan, ensuring the boys have the love, care, and stability they need during this difficult time.

Jayden and Tristan, though so young, are now facing life without their mom, and we want to make sure they have the support they need as they navigate this painful journey. Your kindness and generosity will help us honor Hannah’s memory and ensure that her children and family have the resources to carry forward her legacy of love.
