Together for Gil: Help Our Consultant Stay in His Home

One thing that makes our company special is that we live by our values. Upon learning about the challenges faced by one of our consultants this week, we felt compelled to take immediate action and offer our full support.

Last month, we hired Gil, a tenured BSA, for a project in Charlotte. During the interview process, he expressed how dedicated he was to finding a new job, having been in the market for 10 months. He felt what many of us have felt over the past year—that the job market was tough. He aced his interview, and our client decided after just 30 minutes that he was the one for the job. After being hired, he was committed to speeding up the usual 3-week onboarding process, and he managed to get it down to just under two weeks. Fast forward one month, and he is excelling in his new role. After his biggest win in a year, he was informed of his 4/10 court date, where he would face eviction.

Insight Global has resources for consultants in this situation, such as the IG Family Foundation. Unfortunately, due to his short tenure at IG, he is not eligible for a grant and won't be for about 5 more months. Gil has quickly become an indispensable member of our team in just one month. Beyond his professional contributions, he is a sincere and dedicated individual facing a challenging situation. We have been working with IGFF to try to find a solution, but unfortunately, it is out of their hands.
