Toddzilla's Massively Wholehearted Pizza Startup

Hey guys,

My name is Todd(zilla) Mead and I'm on a mission to bring Massachusetts South Shore Bar Pizza to the front range of Colorado.

I'm building my lifelong dream of owning a food truck. Its name is "Toddzilla's MASSively wHOLEhearted Pizza". ...get it?!

I started with an old, non-running RV, went through the drivetrain, gutted it, stripped off the entire roof and rebuilt and reskinned it. I've registered it, put new tires on it, and have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours over the past year to get it to where it is currently. I bought old cars, got them running and sold them for the funds to do what I've done so far and I'll continue to do so. I even sold the family's 64 Rambler Station Wagon to fund the last round of supplies. I currently have a garage full of supplies, but I still need to panel the outside, paint, have it wrapped, replace the generator, fire suppression, propane tanks, sinks, a fridge, cold bar, tables, AC, plumbing, lighting, mixer, stainless sheets, point of sale computer, food supplies, plus the fees and inspection.

As you can see, there is still quite a bit to do and it'll take a long time to complete on our blue collar income without a bit of help. I'm a hotrod and muscle car builder by day (which is fun, but doesn't pay as much as reality shows would lead you to think) and my wife is an elementary school teacher. These careers pay the bills but that's about it especially when I have a 43 year old house and two growing boys.

I don't expect to get something for nothing, so I'll continue to share my recipes, advice, instructional videos, and quickly respond to your questions as I have done for over a year now. I love seeing my viewers results and the positive feedback as they follow my recipe. You guys have been overwhelmingly supportive and the legacy I'm creating for my boys and the spread of love for South Shore Bar Pizza across the country is going to be a great reward for what seems like a huge undertaking.

My viewers have told me about dozens of people from South Shore Massachusetts that now live here. They will likely be thankful, as they will all be invited to my free pizza day "soft opening", as soon as that oven is up and running! They'll also have a way to get their fix between visits back East from here on! My supporters will be treated very well when visiting my truck.
