Hi there!

My name is Mikayla, I am Todd’s stepdaughter and I am hoping to raise some money to support Todd and our family during his transplant recovery. Yesterday January 25th, Todd received a call he had a potential match for a donor. He was enjoying some sunshine in Florida after having a crazy year of hospitalizations and doctor's appointments. Within an hour he was on a plane back to Minnesota to be prepared just in case. January 26th at 4:00 am I got a call from Todd saying he was on the schedule and was in fact getting his transplant. We were not expecting him to receive a donor this quickly and though we are so blessed we have had limited time to prepare. Todd has a long road ahead of him. He will be in the hospital for about a week and then will need to stay in Minneapolis for 4 weeks post-transplant. This is where we need help. Todd's sister Billi is going to be caring for him during this time. They will need to stay close to the hospital for continued care, follow-ups and in case of complications. Being able to help them with some of the living expenses, transportation, and support would allow Todd to focus on recovery. I hope to be able to relieve some of the financial stress that comes along with a transplant. Thanks so much for all the love and support!
