Rodney Todd & Family

This is the Official Todd Family Memorial donation site.  Rodney affectionately named Boogam, was a loving Father to 7 children ranging in age 6 to 16.  Rodney was primary caregiver to his children, and worked at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore as a food service associate.  To provide for his family, Rodney had no limits, including walking to work in all weather conditions regularly.  We believe the week of March 28th Rodney and his 7 children died as a result of Carbon Monoxide poisoning.  His Supervisor, noticed his uncharactaristic absence and that is when Police were called to his rental home.  There all 7 of his kids and Rodney were found.  Rodney demonstrated his love daily and often.  His children achieved artistically, athletically, and scholastically. Rodney was well respected in his community, and gave a kind hand when he could to others.  Rodney would often joke that he had his own basketball team for neighborhood games.  Rodney led his family by example believing that the dignity of work was more important than laziness.  He is applauded for his leadership, dedication, and committment, we wish to provide a homegoing service befitting of him. This fund is for the Memorial Service and expenses associated with the death of 8 of our family members.  Please share our story as appropriate.  Much Thanks From The Todd Family's.
