Hi there, we are Ryan & Caitlin Rutten, the children of Todd & Teresa, and we have created this fundraiser to help our parents recover after losing everything in the fire that burned our family home.

On Saturday, July 9th, severe storms moved through the area, resulting in a lightning strike at the home. Thankfully no one was there, but the multi-hour fire resulted in a complete loss of the structure.

We are incredibly grateful for their safety and thankful for the outpouring of support from family, friends, and neighbors. We would also like to thank all the first responders and volunteer firefighters who responded to the scene and safely put out the blaze.

We appreciate anything you can do to support our family during this devastating time. They are grieving the loss of their home, their sweet cat, Ally, and all of their personal belongings. The funds raised through this page will be used to replace necessities to help them find a sense of normalcy and to move forward.
